Two new family homes for Geelong Co-op

Newly completed, we are getting ready to hand over the keys to our co-ops for two more units in Geelong.

The units are single storey, two bedrooms, designed to be durable and low maintenance, accommodating future needs and ageing in place. To reduce living costs and environmental impact, the units meet a 7 star NatHERS rating, with all electric appliances, double-glazed windows, insulation, rainwater tanks, heat pump hot water and provisions for future solar panel installation.

CEHL has partnered with Homes Victoria as part of the $5.3 billion Big Housing Build on a total of three projects in the Geelong area to deliver 10 new homes in 2024. Working with local co-ops, these units will become secure and affordable homes for people with low income and connect to strong local co-op communities.
