National Reconciliation Week

This week is National Reconciliation Week – 27 May – 3 June 2024 – an opportunity to listen deeply to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander voices to learn more about our shared histories, cultures, and achievements, and to explore how each of us can contribute to achieving reconciliation in Australia.

CEHL will be looking across the co-operative sector to celebrate and learn from Australia’s First Nations communities’ long demonstrated self-determination and empowered decision making through First Nations-lead co-operative models. The co-operative approach is applied across diverse community needs, from health, legal, education, even power services, adopting an all-encompassing approach to serve community needs.
