What is the Maintenance Directors role?
Maintenance Directors are responsible for ensuring the co-op’s properties are healthy, habitable, presentable, and operational.
They arrange for necessary repairs and manage a preventive maintenance schedule.
Maintenance Directors work closely with the co-ops Treasurer to ensure funds are allocated when needed.
