During these tours, we have the privilege of speaking directly with co-op members and experiencing firsthand how the work we do impacts their lives. Our team members – particularly those new to CEHL – find these incredibly beneficial, not only for deepening their understanding of our housing, but also for strengthening with the board and each other.

One project that highlights CEHL’s commitment to environmental sustainability, community and innovation is the CEHL & Mt Alexander Sustainability Group Retrofit Project.
A few times a year, CEHL takes some of the team, including board members on tours of our development sites and established homes.
