Earlier this year, CEHL developed eight townhouses in Endeavour Hills, designed with these principles in mind.
Co-funded by CEHL and Homes Victoria through the Big Housing Build, this project is designed to deliver long-term, affordable housing. The development incorporates ESG principles, ensuring lower operational costs for future residents. Key initiatives include a 6-star NatHERS rating, electric appliances, energy efficient materials and water efficient strategies such as rainwater tanks and a WELS 4-star toilet.
This project reinforces CEHL’s dedication to embedding ESG principles across all developments, prioritising sustainability, social equity, and governance excellence in co-operative housing.
