The Common Equity Housing Limited (CEHL) team joined the Community Housing Industry Association 9th annual Affordable Housing Development and Investment Summit. Fantastic to hear the work across the sector, with participation across the community and co-op housing sector, the investors and super funds, all levels of government, and more. Certainly great momentum with the upcoming Housing Australia HAFF round, but the discussions identified this and much more to come.
We, of course, see great opportunities for the rental housing co-operative model to play a key part in meeting the need for inclusive and diverse housing options for all income levels.

International Year of Co-operatives Celebration in Bendigo
Late last week, we celebrated the International Year of Co-operatives 2025 (IYC25) at an event in Bendigo, bringing together over 60 directors from CEHL’s co-op program.
