Training sessions were held via Zoom during June 2020 on Impacts on co-ops – the changes to the Residential Tenancies Act (RTA).
The two CEHL videos form the start of a conversation about how co-ops with landlord duties (CERC’s) can get ready for the changes that are due to be implemented by January 2021.
