CEHL Study Grants

Each year, CEHL provides ten Study Grants, each worth $2,000, to co-operative members and their household members.

CEHL is dedicated to the international co-operative principle of empowering members through education and training to support their co-op’s development. To fulfill this commitment, CEHL annually provides $20,000 in study grants to co-op members and their households.

Grants support various education levels: certificates, diplomas, undergraduate, postgraduate, and professional development. Since 2010, over 100 co-op members and their families have benefited from CEHL Study Grants.

“My studying journey is going great! The study grant helped me buy a printer, pay my student amenity fees, and also helped me purchase a laptop which I really needed.  I have now successfully completed my Diploma in Community Services and have now transitioned over to higher education studies at Victoria University studying a Bachelor in Education.”

“In 2023 l was lucky enough to receive a study grant while studying the introduction of Functional Nutrition. l enjoyed the course so much l used the money of the study grant towards continuing my studies and enrolling in Diploma of Functional Nutrition to further my knowledge. The course has been a bucket list item for me to do. The Nutrition Academy is a private Academy run by one of the best Nutritionists in Australia. The fees are quite expensive and I wouldn’t have been able to upgrade to a more intensive course level without the help of the study grant.”

2024 Study Grant applications have now closed.
