This year’s report reflects the positive impact of CEHL’s progress and key achievements, including:
- $9M invested in the maintenance of the properties in the CEHL portfolio.
- The addition of eighteen new properties to our housing portfolio; another 26 are under construction
- Strong advocacy, putting the spotlight on rental housing co-operatives as a key part of the solution to Australia’s housing affordability crisis and
- A focus on enhancing the resources available to our co-ops
