How Do CEHL & Co-operatives Work Together?

CEHL, co-operatives, and their members each hold unique and vital roles in ensuring the success of the co-operative housing model.

During 2022 CEHL embarked on a Member Value project, engaging in extensive consultations with its co-op members to define the respective responsibilities of co-ops and CEHL.

The outcome of this initiative was the creation of the Member Value Statement which serves as a guiding document shaping CEHL’s ongoing efforts and commitments.
