Committed to Environmental, Social and Corporate Governance (ESG), CEHL is undertaking a sustainability project, retrofitting ten homes, with the multifaceted goal of enhancing energy efficiency, improving resident comfort, and reducing the environmental impact.
In co-operation with members and renters we have taken several significant steps in the CEHL properties involved in the project, including installing energy-efficient hot water heat pumps, replacing inefficient heating systems that provide both heating and cooling, adding insultation in ceilings and under floors, and equipping homes with 5.4kW solar systems.
