
An invitation to join the 2025 CEHL Wellness Collective
Expressions of interest are being sought from CEHL team members who would like to join The Wellness Collective (TWC) in 2025. If you would like to get involved, please refer to the following Terms of Reference to determine if it’s the right fit for you. Current members of TWC are welcome to reapply.

- What would you like TWC to deliver in 2025
- Confirmation that your manager has agreed that being a member of TWC fits in with your work schedule
CEHL WELLNESS COLLECTIVE 2025 TERMS OF REFERENCE
1. Purpose
The CEHL Wellness Collective (TWC) exists to foster a supportive and thriving workplace culture by organising activities, events, and initiatives that promote workplace engagement. TWC operates independently and is sponsored by Managing Director Liz Thomas.
2. Membership
Participation in the (TWC) is voluntary and open to employees passionate about creating a positive workplace culture. If you would like to get involved, check with your Manager to see if the commitment fits your work schedule.
3. Key Responsibilities
- Plan and Organise Events Design and deliver activities that promote a positive workplace culture.
- Encourage Participation Act as ambassadors for TWC by promoting activities, inviting colleagues to participate, and building interest in TWC events.
- Create Resources Develop materials including posters, newsletters, or digital communications to share workplace wellness tips and details about upcoming events.
- Monitor and Evaluate Impact Use surveys or informal discussions to collect feedback about TWC initiatives to measure the engagement and effectiveness of activities.
- Champion Inclusion Ensure all initiatives are accessible, inclusive, and reflect the diverse needs of the CEHL team.
- Collaborate with Managing Director Liaise with MD to plan TWC activities that align with organisational goals and resources.
4. Time Commitment
Members need to be able to:
- Dedicate one hour per month for a group meeting to plan and execute initiatives.
- An additional hour per month to help organise the agreed activity.
- Get involved with TWC activities.
- Promote the activity within your team meetings.
5. Rules of Engagement
Members joining TWC agree to contribute actively and uphold these terms of reference to support a thriving CEHL workplace culture. Members are expected to:
- Act respectfully and professionally in all interactions.
- Foster a positive and supportive environment.
- Maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive employee information.
- Attend all scheduled meetings.
6. Review and Renewal
Membership is annual and the terms of reference will be reviewed annually to ensure alignment with employee needs and organisational goals.
